Elm Residential Care is a specialist, independent, childrens care home operator, providing young people with a safe, nurturing environment, where they are supported and equipped to build brighter futures.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for passionate, caring, child focused individuals to work as Team Leaders within our homes. To be considered for this role, you MUST have worked within Childrens Residential Care for at least six months and have a full clean UK driving license. Ideally you will also hold your Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Working with Children & Young People.

If you have the required experience and driving license, but don’t currently hold either of these qualifications, you may still be considered for the position on the basis that you agree to achieving these within a pre agreed time frame, upon commencement of your employment with Elm Residential Care.
